As many of our products are handcrafted, handwoven, or traditionally produced, slight variations are part of the uniqueness and beauty of the product.

1. No Refund Policy

1. All purchases made through our website are generally non-refundable.
2. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
3. Wrong item delivered by Aradhanas Fashion House;
4. Product received is significantly damaged during transit;
5. Product received is materially different from the item ordered.

2. Return & Exchange

Eligibility Returns or exchanges may only be considered if:

1. The item remains unused, unwashed, unworn, and undraped;
2. Original tags, labels, silk mark tags (where applicable), and packaging remain intact;
3. The item is returned in its original condition;
4. Aradhanas Fashion House reserves the right to reject any return request that does not satisfy the above requirements;
5. Any request for refund must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of delivery;
6. The item to be returned within 48 hours from the refund request submission;
7. 360 degree video opening of the parcel is a must and to be attached for refund request;
8. The cost of the shipping for refund to be borne by the Purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

1. The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
2. Sarees that have been worn, draped, washed, altered, or dry-cleaned;
3. Sarees with blouse pieces cut, detached, stitched, or customised;
4. Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, or special-offer items;
5. Customised orders;
6. Pre-order items;
7. Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Colour & Design Variations

While we make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible: Actual colours may vary due to lighting conditions, photography, mobile devices, computer screens, and monitor settings.

Handloom, handwoven, and artisanal products may contain minor weaving irregularities, thread variations, zari inconsistencies, or texture differences which are not considered defects.

Such variations shall not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

5. Exchange Approval

Where an exchange request is approved: Customers shall bear the return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Aradhanas Fashion House. The exchanged item will only be dispatched upon successful inspection of the returned item. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the selected replacement item is of higher value, the customer shall pay the difference.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Aradhanas Fashion House:

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
2. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financing platform.
3. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

7. Atome or Any Other Buy Now Pay Later Purchases

For purchases made through Atome or other buy-now-pay-later platforms: Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the respective payment provider's refund procedures. Instalment adjustments remain subject to the policies and timelines of the payment provider.
